I use positive reason, take positive action and choose to see the positive side in every situation. I recognize that my behavior affects me and the rest of the group and I choose to influence them positively.

I respect other team members. I communicate potential difficulties and first try to understand and learn from them. I believe in understanding and justify the human error. I do not judge.

I KNOW HOW TO LEAD

I know how to lead when I inspire the team to take action and I lead with my example.

I commit to continuous learning, I invest in myself and have an open mind towards new ideas and techniques.

I feel pride for the actions of the team I belong in and I communicate these, in seeking to inspire my fellow men and to find possible synergies that may exist.
